Responsibilities

• Manage a broad banking and finance caseload across corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, real estate finance, invoice discounting and refinancing
• Advising borrowers, lenders and investors across multiple sectors
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to business development
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice and maintain high technical standards
• Operate with autonomy in a collaborative, growth-oriented team
• Progression toward Senior Associate or Partner and support team growth

Key requirements

• 7+ PQE in banking and finance (or 5+ PQE with senior level experience)
• Background at a respected city or leading regional firm
• Strong network and solid reputation in the market
• Excellent technical and procedural knowledge
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Confidence in marketing and business development
