Wellbeing & Activities Lead for New Care Home

Raemoir Manor Care Home in Banchory is opening Summer 2026 and seeks a Wellbeing Manager to shape a warm, inclusive social environment. You will develop and lead a high-quality activities programme, tailoring group and 1:1 sessions to residents’ interests and care needs, including those living with dementia.

Working with the Home Manager and team, you will ensure activities are well organised, records kept, and the programme regularly reviewed to stay engaging and effective.
