Overview

In this role you will join a leading Medical Negligence team in Bristol to handle high-value clinical negligence work. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver quality client care, develop professionally, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture. The role combines managing own caseload with collaboration on complex claims, offering meaningful impact in birth injury, delayed diagnosis, and inquest-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload, including litigated matters
• Support senior colleagues on complex, high-value claims
• Advise on medical negligence issues across multiple disciplines
• Deliver accurate, compassionate legal guidance to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for seamless service delivery

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence (Claimant experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• Experience assisting on high-value, complex cases
