Overview

In this Sourcing Specialist role, you will drive confidential executive searches for Director level and above within a fast-growing fintech platform. You’ll work closely with C-suite and VP stakeholders, shaping leadership teams that power Checkout.com’s global growth. You’ll combine executive-search craft with data-driven sourcing and high-touch candidate management to accelerate hiring velocity. This is a high-impact role at a market-leading payments tech company, offering exposure to strategic initiatives and AI-enabled sourcing. Responsibilities

  • Lead leadership searches from brief to shortlist and handover, building practical search plans and talent pipelines.
  • Conduct research and direct outreach to engage senior, passive candidates in fintech, payments, and tech.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring timely, clear, and personable candidate communication throughout complex processes.
  • Own workflow, ATS hygiene, and operating rhythms for assigned searches, ensuring efficiency and reduced bottlenecks.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing market intelligence and concise candidate summaries to support decisions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Operations to push AI adoption and improve research accuracy and speed.
  • Progress from research to full-cycle recruiter-led delivery, including assessments, offers, and negotiation support.

Key requirements

  • Approximately 2–3 years of executive/search experience or comparable high-growth in-house sourcing.
  • Proven ability to map complex talent markets and deliver searches, not just coordinate tasks.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and candidates with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to candidate intelligence, ATS hygiene, and process documentation.
  • Willingness or ability to use AI tools and market intelligence to enhance sourcing and research.
