Resource & PSA Lead for Data & AI Delivery

Dufrain is seeking an experienced Resource Management Lead to steer scheduling, allocation and the successful PSA tool rollout. You will collaborate with leadership to forecast demand, balance client requirements with workforce capacity and optimise supplier and offshore resources.

You will own MI reporting and drive continuous improvements in utilisation, bench and margin while partnering with Talent Acquisition and Finance to shape staffing strategies across client delivery and growth
