Attendance & Student Support Lead — Safeguarding & Data

Philosophy Education LTD. in Islington seeks an Attendance and Support Officer to join a specialist arts sixth form. The role is full-time, term-time plus 10 days, with an ASAP start and permanent contract. Based in the school office, you will monitor attendance, report data, and support safeguarding.

You will manage attendance systems, follow up absences, analyse patterns, and lead attendance meetings with students and families, building positive relationships and supporting transitions.
