Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied family law caseload, including nuptial agreements and wealth protection
  • Handle contested financial remedy proceedings
  • Advise on cohabitation matters and complex children cases
  • Manage domestic abuse injunctions and sensitive client situations
  • Advise high net worth and international clients on complex issues
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with partners and senior team members on high-profile cases

Key requirements

  • 1-5 years PQE in family law
  • Experience with high net worth / ultra-high net worth clients and complex financial remedy proceedings (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building
