Store Manager: Lead Sales, People & Guest Experience

River Island in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Store Management department. You will drive sales, maximise profit, implement store layout to a high standard, analyse reports and ensure your branch delivers a world-class shopping experience.

You will recruit and develop the team, manage costs and stock, monitor KPIs including sales and payroll, and communicate effectively across all levels.
