Luxury Jewellery Store Manager – Lakeside | Quarterly Bonus

Diamonds Factory is seeking a Store Manager for our Lakeside luxury jewellery store. You will lead the team on the shop floor, drive premium service, and own the store’s commercial performance to achieve sales targets and high-value customer experiences.

You’ll coach and develop your team, maintain brand standards and visual merchandising, manage stock and operations, and build relationships with new and returning clients. Weekend and bank holiday work required.
