Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collate activity and outcome data for designated areas.
- Policy Development: Actively develop, monitor, and integrate policies, guidelines, and procedures covering all aspects of pharmaceutical care and medicines management.
- On-Call and Weekend Service: Participate in the out-of-hours on-call service and weekend morning service on a rota basis, with additional payments provided for these shifts.
