Kedleston Group is launching a brand-new specialist school in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and seeks an inspiring education leader to pre-open and lead from 2027. You will shape vision, curriculum, and registration, then build a high-performing SEN/SEMH team, ensuring compliance and exceptional outcomes for pupils with SEMH and autism.
QTS or equivalent and NPQH are required, with substantial senior leadership experience in SEN/SEMH. You will champion inclusion and wellbeing.
