Job Description:
Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join the Adoption service within the Life Long Families Team. You will hold statutory responsibility for children on Placement Orders with adoption plans, working closely with RAA Adoption Lancashire Blackpool to track cases and attend care planning meetings.
You will prepare children for adoption, ensure their voices are heard, and document life stories for future understanding.
