Northreach is partnering with a well-capitalised specialist property lender expanding across the UK development finance and bridging market. The Senior Underwriter will own development finance and bridging transactions, from initial assessment through due diligence, approval, and completion.
You’ll work closely with originators, borrowers, brokers, valuers and solicitors to deliver high-quality credit papers while maintaining credit quality.
