Responsibilities

• Manage a varied commercial litigation caseload from start to finish
• Advise on contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, minority rights, derivative actions, warranty claims, directors’ duties, partnership disputes, and international arbitration
• Support business development and marketing to grow the team’s profile
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients across private, public, and third sectors

Key requirements

• Minimum 1 year PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience at a firm known for its Commercial Litigation strength
