You’ll lead strategic sourcing, planning and operational excellence, while building high-performing teams and partnering across the business. The role focuses on driving efficiency, supplier performance, and customer outcomes through digital and automation-enabled manufacturing. Responsibilities
- Shape and deliver the site’s supply chain strategy as part of the Business Unit Leadership Team
- Lead strategic sourcing, category management and S&OP to drive performance
- Drive end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure continuity and customer delivery
- Develop supplier resilience and performance via strategic partnerships and continuous improvement
- Improve planning, logistics and inventory management to meet business outcomes
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with coaching and succession planning
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, logistics and manufacturing
- Drive performance using data-driven insights and KPIs
Key requirements
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business or related discipline
- Significant experience in a complex manufacturing, operations or supply chain environment
- Strategic thinking with long-term planning experience
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and data-driven decision making
- Forecasting and demand planning expertise
