Places for People is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Bristol team and assist customers across our schemes with holistic housing management services. You will handle a caseload, work with other staff and external agencies, and deliver support to residents in temporary dispersed accommodation.
You will build confidence in navigating welfare and benefits systems, perform risk assessments, and coordinate repairs and maintenance with the housing team.
