EC Property Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Development Monitoring Surveyor for the North West or Yorkshire. You will handle development monitoring across residential schemes valued from £500k to £50m, with the potential to work on hotel and commercial projects for variety.
The salary range is £55,000-£65,000 at Senior Surveyor level, plus typically £5,000-£10,000 bonus, 28 days’ leave and a pension. MRICS qualification or progress towards it is welcome; strong report writing and lender liaison
