Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of ECM matters: IPOs, fundraisings, placings, rights issues, fund launches and fundraisings
• Advise on stock exchange listings and public company governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality capital markets advice

Key requirements

• 4-6 PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• ECM experience in a top City law firm or US/MC/SC firm preferred
