Employment Associate- Media Sector- City law firm

Overview

In this role you will support a City law firm’s employment team across contentious and non-contentious matters in the media and creative sectors. You will advise employers and senior executives, handle tribunal claims, and contribute to transactional work including TUPE and restructurings. You’ll conduct workplace investigations and provide ongoing advisory support to employers, collaborating with a cross-functional team. The position offers mentored progression within a collaborative, high-quality practice and a focus on media/creative industry matters.

Responsibilities

• Advising employers and senior executives on employment issues

Key requirements

• 3-4 PQE in England & Wales
• UK employment law experience in a directory-ranked team
• Strong academic record
