People Experience & Community Engagement Lead

Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks an Employee Experience & Community Engagement Specialist to design and deliver programmes that enhance recruitment, onboarding and ongoing employee engagement. You will lead initiatives that strengthen culture, build partnerships with universities and community organisations, and elevate the company’s EVP.
