Insurance Contracts Manager & Building Surveyor

TSR Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Contracts Manager/Building Surveyor in Nottingham to focus on minor works and insurance projects for a long-standing local contractor. You will be involved in visiting properties, creating valuations, and assessing works, with a client-facing role throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have experience surveying properties and assessing damage, including from a social housing background, and strong IT skills to use contractor software.
