You will join a respected regional law firm in Crewkerne as a Land and Property Solicitor focusing on residential property. You will manage a full caseload from instruction to post-completion, collaborating with clients, agents, and professionals in a supportive team. You may supervise Trainee Lawyers and support staff, contributing to a culture of development and high-quality client service. Responsibilities
- Managing matters from instruction through to post completion
- Handling a broad range of residential property and land law work
- Running a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- Supervising Trainee Lawyers and support staff (desirable)
- Meeting time recording and billing targets
- Liaising with clients, agents, and local professionals
- Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in residential property or wider land law
- Strong technical knowledge of Property and Land Law
- Confidence managing files independently from start to finish
- Experience supervising junior colleagues (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the local market or a connection to the area (highly desirable)
