Responsibilities

• Achieve high-quality design aligned with the company’s innovative market
• Drive innovative solutions to enhance the company’s reputation
• Ensure legal requirements are met for start of construction and adherence to high standards
• Manage information flow in projects
• Problem solve daily and drive supply chain innovation
• Provide practical, cost-effective design service
• Oversee in-house and external designers to follow best practices
• Jointly produce technical design solutions within budget

Key requirements

• Inception-to-completion project delivery capability
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented leadership
• Strong communication with clients, consultants, and construction teams
• Degree-qualified in construction or equivalent
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and NHBC Technical Standards
• Good problem-solver able to work with minimal instruction
