Responsibilities

• Assist on property development, investment and asset management matters
• Support funding and financing work related to real estate
• Handle landlord and tenant issues and related documentation
• Conduct due diligence and draft/Review property-related agreements
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to progress matters
• Contribute to high-quality client service within a national firm
• Support senior solicitors with case management and file maintenance
• Work within a fast-paced, expansion-focused London team

Key requirements

• NQ qualified in Real Estate or a closely related field
• Training and experience at a recognized commercial law firm
• Strong drafting and collaborative skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Good communication and client-facing capabilities
