Project Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• manage and respond to buyer inquiries for the flagship scheme
• build relationships with prospective buyers and maintain ongoing communication
• present properties and scheduling tours or viewings
• drive sales to meet targets and close deals
• maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up on leads
• collaborate with marketing and on-site teams to nurture leads
• provide excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey
• support sale negotiations and order processing

Key requirements

• experience as a New Homes Estate Agent or sales advisor in residential property
• proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
