Lead Technical Program Manager

Overview

In this Lead Technical Program Manager role, you guide complex technology programs within Corporate Technology to drive business outcomes. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver GenAI initiatives and data projects at scale. You will lead planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution, shaping operational excellence and alignment with business strategy. This is a high-impact, collaborative role that combines technical leadership with stakeholder influence to enable innovative AI/data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating blockers and implementing contingencies to sustain momentum
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned to business goals
• Apply advanced analytical reasoning to measure program performance and drive data-driven optimizations
• Engage and drive delivery of multiple GenAI initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders
• Synthesize findings into clear problem statements, business cases, plans, and risk assessments
• Improve operational practices and organizational structure to increase efficiency

Key requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization
• Advanced stakeholder management with ability to influence across cross-functional teams and clients
• Experience managing vendor relations and access to shared pools of applications/services
• Agile delivery mindset with JIRA, SQL/JQL, and experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to break down objectives into actionable tasks
