Contract Change Lead – Navy Programme

Capita is seeking a Contract Change Specialist to shape and manage change across the Selborne programme in collaboration with the Royal Navy and delivery partners. The role involves coordinating complex change activities, building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring contractual requirements are met.

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week on HMS Collingwood/ HMS Sultan/ HMS Excellent, with a fixed-term contract through Sept 2027.
