Community Crisis Nurse/Paramedic – EIV Specialist

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust in Watford is recruiting a Band 6 EIV Specialist Nurse/Paramedic on an eight-month secondment. The role delivers crisis management for patients at home, with a nurse or paramedic working with a Health Care Assistant and requires a full UK driving licence.

You will join the Unplanned Care team, supporting Rapid Response and Discharge to Assess pathways, and travel between patient homes as needed within Hertfordshire and London communities.
