Overview

In this Commercial Broking role, you collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to deliver a premier client experience within a growing, people-focused insurance business. You’ll apply strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance to support broking processes and FCA compliance, using Acturis and other technology to streamline service. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to ensure excellent client service
• Support broking processes and FCA compliance across client engagements
• Utilise Acturis and technology to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Deliver responsive, first-class service to clients
• Contribute to a growth-oriented, development-focused team
• Balance client needs with regulatory requirements and best practices

Key requirements

• Cert CII (or commitment to achieving)
