Community Mental Health Nurse – Older Adults (Caithness)

NHS Scotland is looking for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to join our Older Adult Team in Caithness. The role covers managing clinical care for adults with mental ill health, including assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation in partnership with the client, family and carers.

You will monitor medications, liaise with psychiatrists, primary care and social services, and supervise students and support workers as needed.
