Site Manager required in Essex and Southeast

Overview

In this role you will oversee delivery of fast-track fit-out projects across Retail, Commercial, Education, Industrial and Automotive sectors. You will report to the Project Manager and ensure works are on time, on budget, and safely executed according to policy. You’ll manage contractors and operatives, coordinate with the supply chain, prepare programmes, and lead meetings with clients and suppliers. The position emphasizes client-facing work, quality control, and safety leadership within Essex and the southeast.

Responsibilities

• Flawless delivery of works on time and within budget
• Manage contractors and direct operatives
• Coordinate with supply chain and prepare work programmes
• Weekly reporting and regular meetings with supply chain and client
• Provide high-quality technical expertise on electrical works
• Maintain high health and safety standards

Key requirements

• 5–7 years’ experience as the No.1 Site Manager
• Fast track fit out and refurbishment experience
• Must be client facing
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
• Temporary works
• Trade background is preferential but not essential
