You will manage a varied caseload across financial remedy, private children, and related disputes, collaborating with senior colleagues to support a growing practice. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied, high-quality caseload including complex financial remedy work
• Handle private children matters and cohabitation disputes
• Work on matters involving business assets, farms, land, pensions, and multi-property portfolios
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and contribute to a supportive team culture
• Provide proactive, client-focused service and maintain strong communication with stakeholders

Key requirements

• 3-5 years’ PQE
• Strong experience in privately funded financial remedy and private children work
• Solid foundation in litigation and awareness of non-court dispute resolution practices
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confidence managing complex, high-value matters
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proactive, client-focused approach
• Existing local professional connections (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
