Overview
In this Private Client role, you will manage a varied caseload across wills, LPAs, estate administration and related matters, contributing to client relationships and department development. You will operate within a supportive, modern firm with hybrid working and clear progression pathways. You will work autonomously with a client‑facing approach, using your technical skills to handle both routine and complex matters.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied Private Client caseload (wills, LPAs, estates, trusts)
- Handle tax and non-tax estates and estate administration
- Support development of the department and maintain client relationships
- Assist with Court of Protection matters and trusts where applicable
- Provide high-quality client care and professional communication
- Work autonomously and manage own administration
- Occasional travel across Somerset (driving licence required)
Key requirements
- Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
- Strong client care and technical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Experience handling both routine and complex matters
- Ability to work autonomously and manage administration
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Full driving licence for travel across Somerset
