Senior Air & Sea Freight Biz Development Lead

Europa Worldwide Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to cover the UK for our Air & Sea division. You will identify and secure new Air & Sea freight customers, driving growth and revenue while meeting sales targets as defined by the sales scheme.

Reporting to the Air & Sea Sales Manager, you will build strong relationships, qualify leads, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate CRM updates and adherence to Europa’s standards.
