Overview
In this role you will lead post-acquisition development activities for residential-led mixed-use projects across London. You will ensure planning processes are followed, keep designs aligned with project goals, and drive progress across all scheme elements with some project delivery involvement. You’ll work with an established developer known for complex, prestigious schemes and early-stage opportunities on conversions and brownfield sites within the M25. This is a chance to shape high-profile developments from the outset and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage developments following acquisition from planning through to delivery
- Ensure compliance with planning processes and design controls
- Monitor and steer design progress to meet project objectives
- Coordinate stakeholders across disciplines to keep schemes on track
- Oversee elements of project delivery on residential-led mixed-use schemes
- Support conversions and brownfield site developments within London
Key requirements
- PM or Investment Developing background
- Currently delivering major residential-led schemes in London
- Experience managing planning processes and scheme progression
