Payroll Assistant (4-Day Week) – 6-Month Contract

Totum Partners is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Payroll Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Birmingham, four days per week. The role will support monthly payroll delivery, including changes, benefits and pension updates, statutory payments and payroll reporting. Experience using ADP/NGUX is essential.

The ideal candidate will have prior payroll administration experience, ideally in professional services, with strong accuracy, discretion and deadline-driven focus.
