Senior Community Nurse Lead – Complex Home Care

Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust in Haywards Heath is seeking a Community Sister/Charge Nurse/District Nurse on a permanent contract to coordinate and deliver patient care across boundaries within secondary and social care settings.
