In this Director-level opportunity, you will lead a finance team focused on portfolio-level impact, shaping capital allocation and value creation across portfolio companies. You’ll standardize and automate critical financial processes to enable accurate, timely reporting and investment-grade decisions. You’ll produce robust analyses and scenario planning to guide strategy and capital deployment, and translate complex data into clear insights for leadership. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, governance, and cross-functional partnership, offering a chance to influence multi-portfolio outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing finance team and develop talent with an investment mindset
• Standardize, automate, and improve central financial processes for portfolio-level reporting
• Produce and interpret financial analyses and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives
• Consolidate and present financial information to Executive leadership and Investment Committees
• Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize capital use and track value creation across the portfolio

Key requirements

• Background in Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Fintech or related fields (one or more)
• Generalist experience across core finance activities (FP&A, budgeting, actuals, business cases, modelling)
• Experience in an international or pan-European environment
• Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced setting with a focus on value creation
• Track record of managing budgets, coordination of projects
