Overview

As Digital Consultant, you guide client organizations through advisory and implementation of digital strategies, data analytics, AI adoption, and product development. You’ll deliver end-to-end digital solutions that align with business goals, working with cross-functional teams to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll help expand digital services for growth, contributing to revenue, margins, and client value. This role blends strategy, delivery, and collaboration on global digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand client objectives, challenges and opportunities to navigate the digital era
• Build and nurture client relationships via project work, workshops, pitches, and showcases
• Leverage data and technologies to extract value from assets
• Assess current digital processes and capabilities across functions and asset classes
• Prioritize digital initiatives with maximum value and impact
• Strengthen Information Management practices for data governance and leverage
• Apply Change Management to guide adoption and sustained engagement
• Support information security controls design and implementation
• Provide project management support for consultancy commissions (cost, risk, schedule)
• Lead client workshops using methods like Design Thinking and tools like Miro
• Coordinate with Work Winning and Account Managers on opportunities and bids
• Promote and develop internal digital service offerings and thought leadership
• Document lessons learned to feed growth opportunities
• Support research on digital innovation and new technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful implementation

Key requirements

• Deliver strategic consultancy across infrastructure projects
• Integrate Asset Management, Project Management, Information Management and data skills to run digital projects
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical analytics teams
• Ability to influence non-technical executive stakeholders
• Experience supporting business development, customer acquisition and retention
