Part-Time Community Rehab & Independence Support Worker

Bracknell Forest Council is recruiting a Community Support Worker on a part-time basis (18.5 hours per week) to deliver rehabilitation and care in residents’ homes or settings. The role is on a fixed three-week rolling rota, with a requirement to have access to a car and participate in a multi-disciplinary team.

The package includes London Weighting and ECU, with a fixed annual leave structure and progression opportunities within the Intermediate Care Service.
