Overview
In this remote UK-based role, you will lead a small, growth-focused supply chain software unit within a PE-backed portfolio. You will shape and execute a refreshed go-to-market plan to scale the business from sub £1m ARR, leveraging a hands-on sales approach in a lean 7-person team. You’ll drive strategic planning, financial discipline, and customer partnerships to increase pipeline, revenues, and value. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership position with long-term incentives.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute revised go-to-market strategy to grow new business pipeline and revenue
- Own strategic planning for long-range, annual, and quarterly targets; prepare strategic reviews
- Plan quarterly forecasts and long-range P&L projections; support QSR meetings
- Develop annual/quarterly product roadmaps with monetized customer sponsorships
- Oversee talent management and cascade scorecard objectives across the BU
- Track and publish financial and non-financial metrics; present Quarterly Operations Reviews
- Manage invoicing, collections, renewals, pricing actions, and working capital improvements
- Provide hands-on issue resolution across sales performance, forecasting, resourcing, and delivery
- Sponsor key customers and partners; contribute to strategic development and expansion
- Identify and mitigate risks with remediation plans
Key requirements
- Degree-level education
- Sales background prioritized; P&L leadership experience is desirable
- Knowledge of the supply chain software space
- Ability to travel
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team leadership experience in a small, cross-functional team
- Experience with product management and marketing is a plus
