Senior Director, Customer Experience Research

ENI – Elizabeth Norman International is seeking an ambitious Research Manager or Associate Director to lead impactful research programmes across public services, utilities, housing and customer experience.

You will turn research into actionable insight, advise clients on design and service improvement, present findings to senior stakeholders, and mentor colleagues while growing the CX practice. The role emphasises building senior client relationships and leading proposals.
