In this role you will join a renowned Planning & Environmental team to advise on major infrastructure projects and development schemes. You will work closely with developers, investors and landowners, shaping planning strategies and consents. The position offers early responsibility and direct client exposure within a market-leading firm. You will contribute to business development and cross-border infrastructure work, making an impact across the UK.

Responsibilities
- Advise on planning matters for development projects and transactions
- Assist with Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and infrastructure consenting regimes
- Handle Town and Country Planning Act matters, planning applications and appeals
- Manage Section 106, highways and infrastructure agreements
- Provide planning support on real estate, energy and corporate transactions
- Engage in business development and client relationship management
Key requirements
- Approximately 3–6 years’ PQE in planning law (applications outside range welcome)
- Strong planning law experience from private practice
- Experience advising on DCOs, major infrastructure projects or similar regimes
- Solid grounding in Town and Country Planning work
