Overview

As a Principal Partner Success Implementation Engineer, you are a technical authority shaping partner implementation strategy and governance at scale. You drive standards, reference architectures, and readiness frameworks while guiding high-impact escalations and informing product direction with data-driven insights. You work autonomously across Partner Success, TAM, and Support to deliver execution excellence and measurable adoption outcomes. This role offers global impact and opportunities to influence across partners and executives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to enable scalable partner adoption post-readiness
  • Champion product improvements by translating partner needs into actionable requirements for Engineering and Product
  • Lead high-severity cross-partner escalations with root-cause analysis and executive communication
  • Own technical approach for complex partner implementations, including reference architectures and deployment patterns
  • Define and govern implementation standards, readiness criteria, validation checklists, and best practices
  • Set cross-functional alignment across Partner Success, TAM, Support, and Product and establish scalable governance
  • Lead technical forums and communities of practice, mentoring engineers and driving enablement strategies
  • Lead executive business reviews and governance discussions to align technical investments with partner priorities

Key requirements

  • 7+ years in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues across integrations, APIs, configurations, and deployment environments
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including executives
  • Proven track record of leading technical projects and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (and potentially international travel)
