Key aspects of the role: Managing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
n
Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
n
Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Nottingham.
n
Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
n
You'll also be involved in decarbonisation works such as Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar.
n
What you'll need:

Essential: Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
