Business Continuity Business Analyst – Belfast – Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Business Continuity Business Analyst to support a major organisation.

This is a hands‑on BA role focused on strengthening Business Continuity and Operational Resilience across critical services.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
• Map critical processes, systems, suppliers and dependencies
• Define RTOs, RPOs and recovery requirements
• Develop and improve Business Continuity Plans
• Identify resilience gaps, risks and single points of failure
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs
• Support scenario testing and Business Continuity exercises
• Turn complex findings into practical improvement plans

What we’re looking for

• Strong Business Analysis / Business Change background
• Business Continuity or Operational Resilience experience
• Experience within large, complex or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills
• Understanding of technology, third-party and operational dependencies
• Knowledge of ISO 22301 / ITIL beneficial
