Counterbalance / VNA Driver – Immediate Starts Available

We are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance and VNA Drivers on behalf of our client, a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation.

Role Overview

• As part of the warehouse team, your duties will include:
• Operating Counterbalance and VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) forklift trucks
• Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-moving warehouse environment
• Using hand-held scanners for picking and stock control
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely
• Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
• Supporting general warehouse operations when required

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance and/or VNA licence
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience operating Counterbalance and VNA trucks
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience using hand-held scanners is preferred
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures

Shift Patterns (may vary)

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00
• 22:00 – 06:00
