Overview
As a Senior Product Designer for mobile, you shape native mobile experiences for Ebury clients by translating complex financial workflows into intuitive mobile interfaces. You own end-to-end design from discovery to launch, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to solve high-impact problems. You’ll contribute to the design system and mentor the design culture while delivering mobile-first solutions in a fintech context. This hybrid London role offers a chance to influence product strategy and user experience at scale.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for key mobile journeys from concept to launch
- Design mobile-first experiences aligned with iOS/Android conventions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to translate strategy into design
- Simplify financial workflows for mobile, balancing client needs, business goals, security and technical constraints
- Craft intuitive mobile interactions with attention to hierarchy, motion, and edge cases
- Prototype and iterate using research and data to validate models
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and traditional methods to explore interactions and prototypes
- Contribute mobile patterns and components to the design system to support native experiences
- Work with mobile engineers through implementation to ensure quality at launch
- Contribute to design culture through critiques, workshops, and reviews
Key requirements
- Relevant professional experience in Product Design/UX at Level 3 or Level 4
- Portfolio with shipped native iOS/Android experiences
- Strong understanding of mobile interaction design and platform conventions
- Experience working closely with mobile engineers and understanding native constraints
- Strong visual craft for layouts, typography, and hierarchy on small screens
- Product thinking with data-informed trade-offs
- Problem-solving mindset and curiosity for new methods
- Ability to prototype beyond static designs using AI-assisted tools or code
- Proven collaboration across Design, Product and Engineering
- Strong organizational skills and stakeholder communication
- Fintech or complex, data-heavy/regulatory product experience preferred
