Responsibilities

• Lead complex design initiatives and build scalable frameworks to support growth and innovation
• Translate ambiguous product and data challenges into clear, user-centered experiences
• Design end-to-end flows and features aligned with user needs and business goals (engagement, retention)
• Produce high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using Figma or similar tools
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and content teams to deliver cohesive solutions
• Mentor designers, raise craft standards, and share knowledge
• Advocate for accessible, ethical, and emotionally intelligent design throughout the process

Key requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications
• Portfolio showing systemic design, advanced interaction design, motion/micro-interactions, and measurable impact
• Experience creating scalable design systems and interaction models
• Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools (e.g., Protopie)
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Deep collaboration experience, mentoring, and craft leadership
