Overview
In this role you help clients in defence and the public sector define and shape major estate and infrastructure investments. You work with cross-disciplinary experts to develop evidence-based business cases and investment strategies, guiding senior stakeholders through complex decision processes. You’ll deliver strategic estate planning, benefits management, and investment assurance, contributing to Turner & Townsend’s growth and 2025 vision. You will engage with senior teams to bring clarity to challenging investment questions and shape major capital programmes.

Responsibilities
- Strategic estate planning and investment strategy development
- Business case development and option appraisal
- Benefits management and realisation planning
- Stakeholder engagement and governance support
- Option development, appraisal and programme mobilisation
- Producing high-quality reports and presentations for senior decision makers
- Developing HMT Green Book compliant business cases for public sector clients
- Shaping multidisciplinary capital investment programmes
Key requirements
- Experience in defence, government, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops
- Proven track record in business case development and investment decision support
- Experience with defining scope, success criteria and investment requirements
- Knowledge of governance, assurance, and approvals processes
- Report-writing for senior decision makers
